      Full remake of KAVL according to latest XP12 tech. Boundary extended to proactively clear approach and airport areas from trees (in lieu of excl zones) as per latest directives.

      Updated rwy 17/35 with correct lighting per chart supplement (MALSR both ends and HIRL edge lighting). Also moved PAPIs to match 1000' markers on sim runway (also on the correct sides per the supplement); impossible to tell if position is real-world accurate as satellite imagery is all still out-of-date, but the ones in the previous version were unusable where they were.
