      Removed runway distance signs (please only make manually, infringed on taxiway exits), fixed boundary (please hug airport edge closely, it will kill too much autogen otherwise), added exclusion zones all over to protect against third party meshes. Resized taxiway in northwest, it was overlaying too many roads (will kill them all in scenery recut). Never use taxiways where roads are IRL.
