      Added road exclusion to make taxiway J overpass (over highway) usable. Yes, it kills a big part of the road, but taxiway usability is paramount. We can revisit with XP12. Somehow someone botched the Taxi Routes, they were all shifted ca. 5 meters to south, except on the runways. I tried to fix what I could find...
