      Completely rebuilt: all taxiways, draped polygons, terminal, control tower, all buildings and all car parking spaces / markings on taxiway and apron revised / ground and taxi routes adjusted / airport boundary adjusted and boundary fence added / terrain FX and pavement FX added (thanks for hint about edge assets for taxiway edges) / ATC frequency added or changed / vegetation added

      Upgrade to XP12. Removed excessive vertices and nodes. Corrected taxiroutings and groundvehicleroutings. Created 2 new aprons west and east with rampstarts, markings, routings. Corrected changed rampstarts close to terminal. Changed to newly built tower. Added some clutter and serviceroads around runway. I was forced to add exclusion zones to west apron because of tree incursions, and east of apron because of autogen roads incursions. Very good performance on testing.

      Fixed runway problem so airport can get accepted on Gateway. Fixed ground vehicle erroneous destinations (author did not understand the intended use), duplicate ground routes, unset "always flatten" (airport is fine without it). Removed illegally far from airport scenery.
