      I checked the long and lat coordinates of the hard and grass runways in skyvector with google earth and they are smack dab on the ends or 14R hard and 14L grass so not sure what you see wrong. Was the 14R in skyvector being just 14? If so I removed the R from 14 and the L from 32. As for the hangar incursion I can't find it. Runway signs re-numbered add sailplane trailers grass taxiway and static aircraft
