      Replaced dirt "taxiways" with textured polygons. Also added a few more buildings on the north side of the west end and a few more details here and there.

      Fixed missing "join" points for taxiway. Taxiway is set to "dirt" due to recent changes in the real-world airport which show that taxiway has having been removed and nothing left but dirt. Included this dirt taxiway to blend properly with Ortho scenery that may use older imagery.
