      I love this area for paragliding. Only one place in the real world where you get clearence from the twr to pass airport directly in the east. Airport contain military and civilian traffic. For correct atc line up the runway 19 up to the end before takeoff. MIL taxi ways are not allow to taxi. i dont know how to avoid civil traffic from using MIL taxis. Version 1 tested in 11.30beta

      I have updated the runway from 18/36 to 01/19 and renamed the Papi lights , default hold names, default taxi name from 18 to 19. Added an airport boundary. Nothing else was modified. To avoid the ilegal high end number, i reversed the runway and it is now 01/19.
