    Gave the 1AK9 landing pad a texture texture and PAFA's compass rose, so it can be visible without PAFA's scenery, but can be overlaid onto it seamlessly. (See original upload comment regarding 1AK9's existance.)

    I did some research while doing PAFA. Tundra Copter doesn't seem to exist anymore. The last operations report from the FAA is from 1976. It's coordinates are right in the middle of 02L/20R in PAFA. But, PAFA does allow helicopter landing, primarily on their compass rose. Since I put this in the PAFA aiport, I made 1AK9 transparent but centered right on the compass rose. It appears in the proper spot on the map and everything.
