      71K: Westport, Wichita, Kansas, inside of Eisenhower (KICT) Class D a couple miles to the East. Full 3D re-build of previous 2016 recommend number 42923. In previous build everything was several dozen yards West of actual location as per sat view. Moved runway, taxiway, ramps, roads into proper position. Replaced hangars with those appropriate to real. Added the warehouses along main access road. Added pads under buildings and 'border' grass over large ugly default gray 'slate looking' ground between the airport and the Interstate highway to the West of the airport. Added Wichita Clearance Delivery as a Departure frequency because it is required to contact them before departure. Since no tower here, a 'clearance delivery' class frequency won't validate. My guess is that locals will be happy with this build. Thanx, HeadwindH.
