      Second upload. Added Metadata. Fixed boundary to not include residential area to allow it being rebuild by autogen with next scenery recut. Changed taxiways to pavement to allow them to extend into residential (non airport) area. Fixed ramp starts to spawn static aircraft.

      Its a bit tricky to get autogen houses right to the airport perimeter. Mix of exclusions and manually placed houses works with default and hd_mesh_v3 OK. Default mesh needs a serious reduction in airport boundary, though.
