      Move entire airport 10 meters SSE to line up with ESRI imagery and NAIP Orthophoto as well. (Wed)Bing was off. Add '3D' GUI Label. No other changes.

      Yellow helipad lights are actually flush. They are in the real positions but in real life the ones I put there would be hazardous. This is intentional, so the helipads 1 & 6 look correct at night. The lights don't seem to catch on the skids. Flush yellow lights are apparently not available in the Laminar object library.
