Corrected taxiway, taxiwayheadings, lights, lines and polygons. Added groundmarkings and signs, taxirouting, groundrouting, groundvehicles, draped signs, terrain_fx, parkinglot, rampstarts. Added small amount of pavement_fx for better 3D immersion. Very good performance with max texture settings and max vegetation and world objects settings.

      Eskilstuna Kjula is a former air force base, now a regional airport. The old system of military taxiways are still there and possibly partly used. The main taxiway has been left lighted. The terminal area seems to house also a club area.
