      Jack Brown's sea plane base is the number one sea plane training location in the United States. This new 3D version uses X-Plane 12 assets and sits nicely with new scenery uploaded for KGIF just north. Exclusion zones in place to protect against current 76298 scenery pack. Ramps are taxiable. Blue skies and tail winds!
