      Removed all off-airfield objects, reworked boundary, corrected taxiway and runway materials. Added a small hangar visible on google images that shows as a construction site on esri imagery.

      GE99 Heavens Landing is a Private Airstrip. The Waterfall (golf) Club is added within this build because memberships within the Club and Airstrip can be mutual. Also, the falls as depicted in XP are highly scenic, how accurately rendered I'm not sure having not found sufficient photos. This build, constructed againt ESRI scenery, has been heavily reworked since the first version I submitted.

      Go to golf clubs start. Golf course scenery needs to be added by moderator. We also need golf course scenery added to WED. Then witin this area, fly to the nearby waterfall, view and correct roadways on hillsides or delete them. (Same problem exists on Aspen hillsides. Note also problems with skylight gabled rooftops on Heavens Landing resort buildings leaving gaps on corners.
