      Re: XSG-6514 Changed the runway shoulder to make lights more obvious when not on heading. While there I did some updates, fixed some taxiway/ramp start/obj conflicts, etc. Changed the terminal ramps to class B planes (class C still fit) but class Bs better represent actual flights. Changed terminal markings to be more accurate.

      Moved the runway 34 pavement markings back to their current positions. This is a case where the Google Maps/Earth website is out-of-date. Double-checked with 2 satellite sources. While in there added more grunge and cracks.

      Very minor update to correct Runway 34 pavement signs placement per google earth. Correct taxiway that would disappear when you zoomed in. Added "X" to drag strip.

      Updated to XP 11.10 standards, including pavement markings. Removed wig-wags, because Redding airport doesn't have them. Better matched ortho, fixed airport boundary. Added more accurate tower and buildings, taxi lights. Tightened up taxi routes. Added the adjacent drag strip area.
