    fixes XSG 9098. IT's as if there was a self intersecting error but there wasn't. Re did a few "thin" sections , saved and loaded problem gone in XP. Wasn't like this previously. Also found ATC dep freq error. BUT when I did create a deliberate self intersection error WED isn't reporting them, at least for me. will upload the corrected airport and investigate WED missing the self intersection problem now.
