      This Exec. Airport is just north of KSTL. During WWII it was used as a Navy Basic Flight Training Base to handle spill-overs from STL. It's noted for its Figure-8 taxiway junction conncecting butting runway ends and the unusual baseball diamond-like pavements at its southwest end.
