      A complete re-do of the previous re-do. Added a water tower and moved the beacon of the field onto the tower, edited taxiways, lines, signs. Added access roads and some parking, and replaced hangars and structures with more appropriate ones. The USAF Reserve base was left alone, except for objects near the ramp, as there were too many structures and parking lots to create.
