      The Meidl Airport located in Fertöszentmiklós was built in 1997 and is open for the international flight traffic. Since the airport is located close to the austrian boarder it´s favored by many tourists and pilots. Our restaurant welcomes you daily with a traditional hungarian menu. We offer sightseeing flight as well as flight lessons. The Airport is suited for small planes flying inland as well as abroad. The runway is about 1000 meters long and 23meters wide and our 6 hangars are about 10.000 m² big. It is really easy to get there. When you are on the road from Sopron directed to Györ our airport is located about 2 kilometers before Fertöszentmiklós on the right side next to „Hauptstraße 85“.
