      Now with exclusions (sorry, tested the previous version with simHeaven).

      Runway was rebuilt and changed from 05 - 23 to 04 -22, now aligned to new runway. Whole airport was not aligned to OSM data. Changed ATIS from 123.150 to 123.155 (as Navigraph). Added runway markings. Changed taxiways, added markings. Added ramp starts. Deleted superfluous roads. Changed forests, added trees. Changed grass tracks and terrain to match new runway. Added parking areas, fences, restaurant, playground, para landing circle, lines and numbers on apron.
