    Grabbed the latest unapproved scenery and hit it up with the old tool kit. Cleaned up the taxiways, got rid of unwanted encroaching scenery with exclusion zones, and redid the ATC taxi system. It's a shame this field has to be flattened, it features some of the most fun terrain in the area, but was unusable due to the mesh along the runway.

    updated ramp start sections. validation error wouldn't alow the displaced threshold based on CIFP data, 06 should have a displaced threshold.
