    3D objects, buildings, forests, trees, etc. placed to match ortho scenery. I had to make an overlarge airport boundary and flatten the airport to make the runway usable. When I first used the "real" aiport boundary and flattened the airport, the runway itself became flat, but hovered about 5-20 ft. above the ground, which was not made flat.
