    added exclusions around old runway 15/33 to address Julians previous comment. Still more work to do on the east half od the airport but commercial side of the airport is done.

    New taxiways, lines, markings, ATC routes, terminal building. Have not done the old/military side of the airport yet, only the commercial side. Work in progress but very usabe now.
