      Adjusted everything to be inline with orthos. NOTE: The official coordinates of the runways are ~90ft SE of the actual runway positions. I triple-checked this with Google, Bing, and ArcGIS. You can see it by entering the lat/long. I aligned the GeoTIFF with the coords, then placed the runway in the proper position. Also, manually made the runway due to nonstandard markings.

      Polacca is a very spartan airport. No taxilines, lights except for solar powered lights on the corners of the ramp and rwy. The real runway is full of large cracks and has a road crossing it so use caution. It also is located under the Sunny MOA so watch your altitude and check NOTAMs. To add at least some visual features I included the construction compound that is just off the north side of the runway 22 approach.
