    Removed out of bounds assets as per Julian's feedback. Corrected the airport boundaries in western area where they're geographically correct.

    Updated runway details to match real world. Adjusted airport boundaries to match real world. Scenery no longer renders a road passing through the entire airport. Removed out of bounds draped polygon. Fixed all errors and warnings (height and vertex issues mostly) to comply with Scenery Gateway specifications. Left everything else intact.
