    Added current FAA code KSPK. Fixed RW 30 to be blastpad instead of displacement threshold. Removed AWOS (it has none, uses PVU). Apron was mostly draped polys, added taxiways to match current layout. Moved beacon to right place. Added some more detail and exclusion zones.
