      Simple Heliport, added boundry, exclusion zones, 3d buildings, and added a helipad due to there being 2 in the images. Cars are usually parked on them when not in use due to permafrost conditions. Also added some lighting. Am using WED 1.6.0b2 for Xplane 11 latest features
