Tgought reworking it (since outdated scenery) but couldn't find the designator at skyvector or airportguide. Sattelite photos show roads there, also spawning at that heliport shows road. It's in front of the FBI center in Newark, I don't guess they put a heliport on a 4-lane road so I think this is outdated and closed.
