This airstrip is apparently closed. The code is now used for Sugar Valley Airport, which I have uploaded a scenery pack for. The Lathan Strip it looks like has become a housing development when you look on the satellite view.
When searching on Skyvector, nothing comes up for Lathan Strip, but 5NC2 points to the new airport. https://skyvector.com/airport/5NC2/Sugar-Valley-Airport
