Made active "always flatten" This will solve the problem.

Always flatten should not be used to fix these problems. It should only be used if the runway is not usable.
Floating buildings can be fixed by careful placement in WED.

Uploaded a fixed version. NEVER use “always flatten” unless runway is not usable. This airport is fine withouth it.
The “floating building” was an authoring error, artist used the “passenger bridge” facade, which always floats!
Also fixed other authoring problems.
