mldavis2 is right., This airport does not exists. There was an airfield longer ago but that area is builded with houses. AIP Mali does not list an airport GAKT today (source: https://aim.asecna.aero/html/index-fr-FR.html)

This airstrip does not exist in Google Earth Pro projections based on the lat/lon from PilotNav web page.
