Thanks for info but the new global scenery automatic flatten option after version 12.09rc5 is not enough for all airports. The terrain north of the terminal rises too much. You have a flying terminal, if the always flatten option is set to off. You can see this on parking position G2 or J7. The terminal is above the columns and the jetways.
The always flatten option is therfore already in the previous xplane 12 scenery ID 100138 set to on. The same terrain problem also exists in GCFV and LEIB. Julian (Admin) is informed about the always flatten “on” and he have checked and approved this airports.

Thanks for your feedback. I am using Sonny Mesh and have big problems with the flattening. But it is not a big problem. Just make a local copy and turn off flattening.

I use in my homecockpit ortho4xp terrain with altitude data from lpilotx HD mesh. With this combination, you can use GCTS without always flatten on.
