Yarddart reported issue XSG-3200: Mesh Issue in reference to scenery pack 46509 on June 8, 2017 1:55 AM

Awesome airport by the way, but I had an issue with both the default mesh and also the HD Mesh V3. On the taxiway by the hold short line towards RWY 7, there is an impassable crater with the default Mesh. With HD Mesh v3 the crater is further down toward the entry to RWY 7. Should have taken a screenshot....

Thank you for reporting this, I was getting ready to report this myself. The location of the airport is beautiful (in real life as well as in the X-Plane 11) and this is the reason I decided to make it for X-Plane!
I did comment on the mesh problem in my initial upload of the airport to x-plane.org (my user name on the org site is XPlanePort).

Since you reported this, and there is a chance this can be fixed now, I would like to add two more things regarding this airport, so it can be fixed at the same time (since the fix will require changes to the entire tile).

    1. There is one more additional problem with default X-Plane mesh at the airport. It is small bump on the taxiway towards runway 25. It is located across GS antenna.
Please see attached Mesh1 and Mesh2 JPEGs.

    2. In order to create correct outline of the airport (grass vs forest polygon), I used x-plane forest polygon texture. The problem with this, is the sharp transition from grass to forest polygon. Additionally, if you use ortho4xp, the forest polygon overlays the Ortho (and this is expected).

Please, when you do the fixes to the mesh for the airport, would you match the airport outline to the one I did using the forest polygon (and I will remove the manually added forest poly)?

    Thank you!!!

Mesh issues will not be fixed without a scenery recut, which is not very likely any time soon. In the mean time I would recommend using the flatten option with this airport (either globally within X-Plane or on a per-airport basis in WED).
