In the most recent remodel the end of Runway 24 and associated taxiways were relocated - but some of the old taxiway center line markings stayed in the old place. And go through the grass now.

As long as the runway still exists per the FAA, it needs to be in the scenery. You can of course paint a yellow X over the numbers if that’s what they did in reality.
