Checked out the airport for 3D. Airport is currently under construction with additional 700+ feet of runway added to the apron of Runway 36. I would like to have 36 start at the new location in my updated 3D model of the airport. Attached Google Map verifies the lengthening and I have coordinates for the center of the new beginning of the runway. Lat: 38.952212 Lon: -94.374598 and Runway 18 now begins at Lat: 38.967286 Lon: -94.373412. Runway 11/29 is still accurate as they have only extended the apron, not the physical runway.
When official data reports this runway to be extended and available for official use, this can done.
Until this happens, such changes are expressly prohibited and actively prevented by multiple automatic checks that can not be overridden by anyone, not even a moderator.
@meikelm, thank you for the response! I think I will just build to the old standard and release the 3D, then have V2 ready for release when the update happens.
