lis.rlp is the actual official authority and stands for letecka informacni sluzba - rizeni letoveho provozu ceske republiky which translates as Aeronautical Information service - air navigation services of the czech republic
@ronb62 Nobody should be using skyvector anymore for anything, it's not up to date and full of errors. Only lis.rlp.cz is official for airspace data in CZ.
As of 8th Nov. 2018 LKPR TWR freq. changes from 118.110 to 134.560 due to incapability of pilots to adjust to modified 118.110 from previous 118.100 made because of 8.33 spacing.
PS: LKPD APP freq will be changed as well, no info as of yet.
From X-Plane beta 5 release notes: "All of X-Plane is now 8.33kHz aware". This is great news for European XP users especially us in CZ who seem to have every radio on new 8.33 spacing in the real world. It may take a while though to get 8.33 radios working in existing aircraft, but I wouldn't expect it for older planes which haven't had new 'simulated' equipment fitted.

According to Navigraph, the ATIS is 122.160. According to Skyvector, it is 122.15. It is indeed not possible to tune 122.16 into the GTN device. In the Eclipse Skyview (one of my favorite), you can enter 122.16, but it will be transferred as 122.15. So I decided to upload a version with 122.15.

Should be fixed with 51944, according to comments attached to that submission.
LKPR XP11 ATIS frequency 122.150
LKPR real ATIS frequency 122.160
off by only two notches, but then it does not work.

skyvector arinc 26/4/18 shows ATIS as .15, Jeppenson chartDec 17 as .16. 2 "official" Czech sites also disagree 1 (http://api.vateud.net/frequencies/CZCH) showing .15 and other (https://lis.rlp.cz/vfrmanual/actual/lkpr_text_en.html) .16. As it does not work with .15 have changed it to .16.

This is a 8.33kHz raster ATC frequency, not yet supported in X-plane scenery.
You need to wait for WED 1.8.0 and X-plane 11.30 to set it up that way.

Atis doesn't work for probably because I am using gtn750/650 and it doesn't accept 122.16, is okay with .15 and .17 but not with .16
I dont know where exactly is a bug. In the scenery, x plane or areobask devices (gtn750/650)?
