X-Plane still using FAA code for the airports with the ICAO code available. For the flight planning and procedures all publications are using ICAO codes.
LY88 has LYUZ ICAO code and can be also found in the CIFP folder in X-Plane 11. LYUZ is not showing on the X-Plane map just LY88. ICAO code should be default airport code.
I have deprecated the code LY88, created the new code LYUZ and moved the latest scenery to it.
If you know of a lot of these, you can bulk submit them on a spreadsheet or text doc and we can get the codes changed, or you can submit them one at a time as you find them.
Hi Jennifer, X-Plane has one more: LY89 BOR which has ICAO LYBO code, and for the LY87 Kovin there is no ICAO code because it doesn't exist in the Serbian AIP
If there is no official ICAO, our policy to create a fake one is: X (for fictitious code) + country ICAO prefix + IATA or local aviation authority code.
If there is no local code, you can also use numbers (ex: XLY01).

Bor has been updated.
