I have seen the weird "mound" in terrain data as well - this should be cured with the next Scenery Recut (XP11), when the newly placed airport boundary will take effect.

with follow terrain active in xp10.51 rw30L have a 200ft drop on touchdown zone . Very bad experience on b752 :)
