    Airports are no longer updated for XP11 - but I believe this to be another user error (wrong installation of third party scenery)

The scenery is incorrect as all the facilities hwould be on the other side of TWY. RIght now in real life they would by on a cliff and in fact using the scenery shows as taxiing was an impossible task
