Sorry, nothing I can do about that here. The Jeppesen data doesn’t contain an ILS for that airport. I checked my real world EFB and it’s not there either.
If you have an official source (AIP of the country of Bolivia) you can ask Jeppesen to include it,

the airport Jorge Willasterman, have a ILS (ILCO) frequency 110.500, but in the file earthnav.dat for xp12, isn´t there regsiter this data.
