Unfortunately that's not an authoritative source of info. When I search google for Silverthrone Glacier Strip, I'm ending up with many references that point back to X-Plane. I get the impression that pilotnav has in this case derived it's info from x-plane rather than the other way round.
This extract from the pilotnav disclaimer: "As errors are possible, do not use PilotNav for primary flight planning purposes. Verify any information that you receive via PilotNav with current and canonical charts and other official documents."
So, I haven't seen any official documents to verify its existence.

No evidence of it's existance on google maps, ESRI or bing satellite imagery. It seems to be another fictional airport .
