Clock in Hanger. It was intentional. You would call it an Easter egg. Only wish you could make it smaller. Is it a problem.?? Are there any other issues

does the latest version of xp12 on this website work on xp11?

I assume it would. I only have XP12 and I did the changes in XP12. Just add it to your scenery and see if it works I guess.
