I suggest to change the name in the dataase from "Capital" to "Beijing Capital Intl". This is more inline with the official wording http://en.bcia.com.cn/ and also allows to find it much easier with search functions on the gateway as well as in the simulator.
I am in the process of making new scenery for ZBAA on Laminar´s behalf, and there is a huge mound as high as Terminal 2 and a deep gouge about 50m deep right behind it. I suspect a data error in the elevation data - the elevation error is so big that the "flattening" during next scenery recut within the airport boundaries will not be sufficient to make the airport usable.
It´s not really fixed per se, but Ben is aware of it and it´s moving up and down in his stack of "things to do soon" So if he doesn´t get to it, the next scenery recut (XP11?) will most likely cure it. Until then it adds some danger and excitement to aviation in China
When flying the ILS approach on RW36L it seems the RW is not alligned correctly. If executing an auto land I basically land on the left papis and off-course like 3 to 5 degrees to the right. This report is referring to latest default ZBAA on XP11.21

@bsupnik, this is blocking Jan's work on a scenery pack for us.

I see your scenery pack 41885 is submitted and approved on the page, so I assume this was taken care of. If not, let me know and I'll re-open.

Checked airport with default navdata and all ILS approaches line up very well. This can be closed.
According to the satellite images, the runway touchdown zone sign of Beijing Capital Airport should be EASA instead of US.

Fixed by recent submissions, thank you.
