This airport has ILS approach (also flyable in Xplane) but is missing in the scenery...

    The World Editor has no ILS adding feature that I know of, you should check this with Laminar or report a bug in the appropriate place.

    VLLB ILS 23 works correctly with current data (2012 tested)
