INvalid ICAO code for airport persistent cannot delete

Updating scenery for T37( Locker Brothers) correctting to FAA code is 1TE0, some how ICAO code is populated and I can not delete from metadata from my end, ICAO code is reset when I when attempt to upload to Gateway.
WED 2.4 XPlane 11.55.

    Same issue with TA24 Smokey Bend metaadata will not allow me to delete invalid ICAO code.
