While the helipad was indeed temporarily closed between 2017 and FEB2020 during the hospital renovation, it has since resumed normal operations (for medical flights) after the renovations ended.
Both Bing and Google maps have outdated imagery ... however, thankfully Esri imagery seems to be more up to date.

Additional comment... What I refer to EFJE here is the actual helipad of Pohjois-Karjala Central Hospital - the airport that has previously been submitted has absolutely nothing to do with that airport.

Please file a new airport code request for Pohjois-Karjalan Keskussairaala at coordinates (62.591, 29.779)
