ALWAYS FLATTEN is needed to be set for this airport as there will be hole at middle of runway

    As Jan said, "Always flatten is not needed for this airport - the reported "hole in the runway" is due to the adjacent airport UG24 - it has "always flatten" set and is disturbing the terrain at UGTB", so if you download UG24 the problem is fixed.
