Already done!! XP's IDENTIFIER is unique and unchangeable. The airports ICAO has and WAS changed to WIPB by me in March 2021 ( I think I remember it actually being more convoluted than this) therefore it is Indentified in XP by either its ICAO or ID . NO action necessary!
