Please don't dismiss these "closed airbases" off-hand.
See comments in email to Jennifer, with suggestions why and how they could and should be incorporated.

ESPJ appears to be the ICAO for "Heden Airbase." Should I change the name to this?

Right. Heden airbase is correct. Or Boden/Heden airbase. Should add an [X] too, following your recommendations. So: ESPJ [X] Boden/Heden airbase.
