The name should be XESE1 [H] Gällivare hospital.

Should the code be ESEG as listed on this page?

No, I believe ESEG is the already submitted and approved ESEG [H] Gällivare-Vassara. That is a base for ambulance helicopters, while the hospital helipad is just that. Good point, though, and good list - I'll save it.
